Event management
Our dedicated Events team provides valuable know-how at every step of the way, from creative concept and costing, through content, then planning, organisation and management. We do not put juniors at the client or customer interface and are on call to respond rapidly and effectively – when it matters. We work closely with our clients, interpreting the brief and appraising project requirements quickly, ensuring that all our activities are fully aligned with the agreed objectives and support brand strategy and messages.
The team is led by Clare Gresley-Jones who has 14 years experience managing and directing both national and international meeting programmes with projects ranging from small expert panel meetings to major international launch events.
Specialising in delivering strategically focused event management services, ensuring project objectives and budgets are met, third-party input is optimised and brand endorsement opportunities are identified and developed - Clients have included blue-chip pharmaceutical companies, publishers, professional organisations and charitable trusts.
